Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

At Esteem Royale Cosmetics, we partner with trusted third-party courier providers to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient door-to-door delivery services for our customers across Nigeria and selected international destinations.

FREE shipping is available on eligible local orders above ₦100,000 within Nigeria.

Domestic Shipping — Nigeria

For domestic deliveries within Nigeria, we currently offer the following shipping options:

• Abuja City Deliveries — ₦3,500

• Deliveries Outside Abuja but within the FCT — ₦4,500

• Nationwide Delivery via GIG Logistics — ₦10,000
  Estimated delivery timeframe: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Nationwide Delivery via DHL Express — ₦17,500
  Estimated delivery timeframe: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping fees listed above cover parcels weighing up to 2kg. Additional charges apply for heavier parcels:

• DHL Express — additional ₦6,500 per extra 0.5kg

• GIG Logistics — additional ₦3,500 per extra 0.5kg

International Shipping — Worldwide

We currently offer international shipping to all countries. If you have a physical address, we can ship your order to you.

International shipping fees generally range between ₦80,000 and ₦130,000 (approximately $57–$94 USD), depending on destination, parcel weight, and courier rates at the time of shipment.

Estimated international delivery timeframe:

• Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch

International shipping fees cover parcels weighing up to 2kg. Additional weight charges of approximately ₦15,000 (approximately $11 USD) may apply for every additional 0.5kg above the included weight allowance.

Where additional shipping charges apply, customers will be contacted to make additional payment before shipment processing is completed. 

All international orders are currently shipped via DHL Express.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. However, processing times may occasionally extend during:

• public holidays,

• major launches,

• promotional campaigns,

• restocks,

• limited-edition releases, and

• high-volume sales periods.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Abuja deliveries — same day (for orders made before 4 pm) or next business day (for orders made after 4 pm)

• Nationwide Nigeria deliveries — approximately 3–5 business days

• International deliveries — approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipment confirmation and tracking information, where applicable. Customers may also track eligible orders through our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders shipped outside Nigeria may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities in the receiver country, and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Such fees are not included in product or shipping charges paid to Esteem Royale Cosmetics and are non-refundable.

In compliance with international shipping regulations, the full value of purchased products must be declared on all customs documentation and commercial invoices, including discounted, promotional, or complimentary items. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office before placing an order for additional information regarding potential import charges or restrictions.

Delivery Delays & Courier Limitations

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by:

• customs clearance procedures,

• weather conditions,

• transportation disruptions,

• strikes,

• political events,

• courier operational issues,

• public holidays, or

• other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Esteem Royale Cosmetics Limited shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to:

• incorrect shipping addresses,

• failed delivery attempts,

• refusal of delivery, or

• unclaimed shipments

may incur additional reshipping fees, return fees or order cancellation charges where applicable.

Holiday & High Volume Periods

During holidays, promotional campaigns, launches, restocks, and major sales events, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Please note:

• Standard processing time is typically within 1 business day

• During peak periods, processing times may extend to approximately 2–5 business days

• Orders placed during holiday closures will begin processing once operations resume

• Customers may cancel eligible unshipped orders before dispatch for a full refund

• We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant fulfilment delays
