Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, Esteem Royale Cosmetics partners with trusted third-party courier providers for professional door-to-door shipping services.

Domestic — Nigeria Only

For domestic deliveries within Nigeria, we offer a flat delivery fee of ₦3,500 within Abuja city and ₦4,500 for deliveries outside Abuja but within the Federal Capital Territory. Nationwide delivery within Nigeria is available through GIG Logistics (GIGL) at ₦10,000 with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days after processing, or via DHL Express at ₦17,500 with an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 3 business days after processing.

Shipping fees cover parcels weighing up to 2kg. Additional charges apply for heavier parcels, with DHL shipments attracting an additional ₦5,500 per extra 0.5kg and GIGL shipments attracting an additional ₦3,500 per extra 0.5kg.

International — Including the United Kingdom

For international deliveries, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe, and selected international destinations, shipping fees range between ₦80,000 and ₦130,000 (approximately $57–$94 USD) depending on destination. International orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping fees cover parcels weighing up to 2kg. Additional weight charges of approximately ₦15,000 (approximately $11 USD) apply for every additional 0.5kg above the included weight allowance. We will contact you if you need to pay any additional shipping fees. 

When Will My Package Be Delivered?

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, although processing may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, promotional periods, and limited-edition releases.

Once dispatched, deliveries within Abuja are typically completed the same day or the next business day. Nationwide deliveries within Nigeria generally arrive within approximately 3 business days, while international deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing timelines.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other operational delays outside our control. Esteem Royale Cosmetics Limited shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders shipped outside Nigeria may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Such fees are not included in product or shipping charges paid to Esteem Royale Cosmetics and are non-refundable.

In compliance with international shipping regulations, the full value of purchased products must be declared on all commercial invoices and customs documentation, including discounted, promotional, or complimentary items.

Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for additional information regarding potential import charges before placing an order.

Holiday & Sale Update

At Esteem Royale Cosmetics, our priority is ensuring your order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. During holidays, major launches, restocks, promotional campaigns, and high-volume sales periods, processing and delivery times may experience temporary delays.

Please note that our fulfilment centres are closed during national holidays.

• During holidays, launches, restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotional periods, processing times may extend to 2–5 business days.
• Orders placed during holiday closures will begin processing once operations resume.
• Customers may cancel any unshipped order before dispatch for a full refund.
• We will notify you once your order ships or if we anticipate any delays affecting fulfilment.
