HOLIDAY & SALE UPDATE

Our top priority is getting your order to you intact, at the quickest possible time. However, we envisage shipping and delivery delays during any holiday season. 

Our fulfillment centers will be closed during all national holidays in 2024. 

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Orders made during the holidays will be fulfilled after our fulfillment centerfulfilledd. Generally, processing times are within 1 business day except during sale events when it may be within 2- 5 business days. Processing times be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, sales promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • We have updated our return/refund policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time before shipping for a full refund.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Boxing Day, Eid Holidays, Easter holidays, Independence Day, and Christmas. 

 

SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, we have partnered with a third-party courier company. The prices quoted below are for their professional door-to-door shipping services.

DOMESTIC - NIGERIA ONLY

  • We offer a flat fee of ₦3,000 for all deliveries within Abuja city, ₦3,500 for deliveries outside Abuja but within the FCT, and ₦15,500 for nationwide delivery (by courier) and ₦5,000 (by bus), within Nigeria (3 business days after processing).
  • These fixed delivery fees cover only up to 2kg for Abuja city and 1.5kg for other locations. An additional ₦8,000 will be charged for every 1kg weight sent outside Abuja by courier (including other FCT locations). 

 

INTERNATIONAL - INCLUDING THE UNITED KINGDOM

  • We offer a flat fee of $88.80/ £70 for international deliveries. And deliver within 2-7 business days after processing.
  • These fixed delivery fees cover only up to 2kg for all locations. An additional $38.10/ £30 will be charged for every 1kg additional weight. 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

  • Processing time for orders is 1 business day (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended by 3- 5 business days during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases,  sales and, promotions. 
  • Once shipped, delivery time within Abuja is the same day, within Nigeria is 3 days and 2-10 business days internationally. 
  • All orders are shipped via DHL. Please note, that we are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by, but are not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from DHL to international mail carriers.


I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES?

Items shipped outside of Nigeria are subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Esteem Royale Cosmetics. Customs regulations in Nigeria. require that we display the full product value in a commercial invoice attached to the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
