A step by step guide to shopping on our website


We’d like to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Our online store is user friendly and easy to navigate. You can browse through our departments by using the tabs on the main menu which is located at the top of your screen. Each department contains various Goods to choose from. When you see something that interests you, click on it for more information and a closer view. You can always hit the browser “Back” button at any time and return to the previous screen. To return to our home page, you can click on “Home”, button which can be found on the main menu located at the top of your screen.

1. Use the main menu to go to the department you are interested in eg. Skincare 2. Once in the department, you will find a display of various types of Goods 3. If you see any Goods you like, click on it and it will open to the specific page. 4. Use the zoom icon to enlarge the picture or read the description and care information provided
1. On the page, select the Goods you want to buy 2. Once you have selected, click the ‘add to cart’ button and your ‘Shopping Cart’ will immediately be displayed with the Goods added, indicating if it is in stock or out of stock. 3. You can then continue shopping or proceed to ‘Check Out’. 4. Repeat the same process for all the Goods you want to buy Goods that are out-of-stock will not be added to your cart
1. Once you are though selecting the Goods you want, click on the ‘shopping cart’ icon located at the top right corner of your screen 2. In your shopping cart, you can see all the Goods you have selected
1. To change the quantity of Goods in your shopping cart, change the quantity in the box and click “Update ” located below your order to the left. 2. You will notice that the Subtotal reflects your change.
1. To remove Goods from your shopping cart, click on the ‘remove’ button or ‘x’ sign beside the box. Again, you will notice that the Subtotal reflects your change.
1. Once you are satisfied with the Goods in your shopping basket, click on the ‘Check Out’ button at the bottom of the page. 2. In the checkout page, fill in your billing and delivery details. 3. Make sure to unclick the ‘same as billing address’ box if you want us to deliver your package to an address different from your billing address 4. In the ‘Notes’ box, leave us a message if you have any concerns about your order or specific delivery instructions 5. Click proceed to payment
1. We accept master and visa credit/debit card payments through Paystack payment gateway 2. Select Paystack payment method. You don’t need to have a Paystack account to pay through this method 3. If you have a Paystack Account you can also pay through your Paystack wallet 4. Once you complete your payment you will be redirected to
1. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, our bank details will be displayed on the screen. 2. Our bank details will additionally be sent to you in your Order notification email
1. Order will be completed once you click the ‘checkout’ button on the checkout page. 2. Our bank details will additionally be sent to you in your Order notification email if you select bank payment option. 3. Your order is only complete when your payment is cleared in our account 4. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation email when you order is dispatched you will also receive a notification by email or SMS with your order tracking number 5. You can track your order at any time using the order tracking tool in ‘My Account’ by entering your Order Number and the email address you used to order.
